90 day & Annual Inspections
Routine maintenance checks such as 90-day inspection and Annual inspection are crucial for keeping your EWP equipment in optimal working condition.

The 90-day inspection covers critical components of the EWP such as the hydraulic and electrical systems, safety features, and any other parts that are essential to the equipment's performance, while the Annual Inspection is a more comprehensive check that identifies any wear and tear, damage, or other issues that could potentially affect the equipment's performance. The Annual Inspection also includes major maintenance tasks and calibration testing. Both inspections include safety checks to ensure that the equipment is safe for use, cleaning and lubrication to keep the equipment functioning correctly, and proper documentation to comply with regulations and ensure your machine is efficient and site ready!

Inline with the Australian Standards all Elevating Work Platforms (EWP) are required to undergo a major inspection at the 10-year mark and every 5 years thereafter.
During a major inspection, the machine is stripped down for thorough examination. This process ensures that all critical components are examined for wear and tear, and any damaged parts are replaced promptly. In addition, the structural integrity of the machine is carefully checked for any cracks, corrosion, or damages that could compromise the safety of the operator or other workers. By conducting these comprehensive inspections, potential issues can be identified and addressed before they become major problems, helping to ensure that the EWP or Access machine is safe to use and compliant with Australian Standards 2550.10
